Shipping policy

All successfully paid orders will undergo internal verification, sorting, packaging, and shipment arrangement within 2–3 business days. Business days exclude weekends, regional statutory holidays, and international public holidays. Pre-sale and customized products follow independent production and delivery schedules displayed on respective product pages.

Standard international shipping transit time (calculated from warehouse departure): United States 7–12 business days; UK, Canada, Australia 8–14 business days; European Union countries 10–18 business days. All delivery durations are estimated values. Delays caused by customs inspection procedures, local courier operational backlogs, extreme weather, and international logistics adjustments are beyond our control and will not be regarded as shipping default.

Shipping fees are dynamically calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination region. Free shipping benefits are only applicable to orders that meet the explicit minimum order value announced on official site pages. No additional shipping charges will be applied after payment completion.

All import duties, customs clearance fees, and local sales taxes incurred upon package arrival at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will strictly comply with international logistics regulations to truthfully declare product value and categories, and we do not undertake any customs-related expenses for customers.

Once your order is dispatched, a unique tracking number and real-time logistics query link will be sent to your registered email. If no logistics updates are detected for 7 consecutive days, please contact our support team for professional logistics investigation and follow-up.

Any packages returned to our warehouse due to recipient delivery refusal, overdue pickup, or invalid shipping addresses will incur return freight fees borne entirely by the buyer. Secondary reshipment requires full prepayment of new shipping costs. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable for returned orders.

We do not support delivery to PO boxes, military restricted areas, and internationally sanctioned regions. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel shipments to high-risk addresses identified by logistics carriers.
