Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day official return service window, calculated from the courier’s confirmed delivery date of your package. All return and exchange applications must be formally submitted to customer support within this valid period; overdue requests will not be accepted.
To qualify for return, refund or exchange services, returned goods must meet all inspection standards: completely unused, unwashed, and unmodified; intact original packaging, brand tags, accessories, and instruction documents; no damage or man-made traces, and not belonging to non-refundable categories.
Due to hygiene regulations and customized product attributes, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable: personal care and beauty products, intimate apparel, disposable daily necessities, personalized custom-made products, and clearance goods marked “Final Sale”.
For merchant-side errors including manufacturing defects, wrong item delivery, and in-transit damage, we provide free return shipping labels and fully cover return logistics costs. Customers can choose a full product-value refund or free item replacement with no extra charges.
For customer-initiated returns due to personal preference, size mismatch or style dissatisfaction, all outbound and return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds for product value will be processed only after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods.
Standard return process: Submit return application with order number and product photos/videos to customer service; wait for official return approval and obtain designated return address; securely repack and ship the goods, then submit return tracking number for filing; warehouse inspection takes 3–5 business days; approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you receive defective or damaged products, please provide detailed product and package evidence to our support team within 7 days after delivery. We will provide free replacement or full refund solutions, and may waive the goods return requirement based on actual damage conditions.
Shipping fees, customs duties and related taxes are non-refundable unless caused by our warehouse shipping errors. Packages confirmed delivered but lost after recipient receipt are not eligible for full compensation. Returns sent without official prior approval will be rejected and cannot trigger refund procedures.
Size, color and style exchange requests follow the same 30-day valid period and freight sharing rules as standard return services.
