This official agreement governs all user access, browsing behavior, product purchases, and after-sales interactions on our e-commerce platform. By completing any purchase transaction on our site, you voluntarily confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to abide by our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to update policies to comply with international trade rules and Google Shopping compliance standards. All updated terms will be published publicly on our legal disclosure page. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes automatic acceptance of revised content.

Only adult users who meet the legal age requirement of their resident country are authorized to place orders. All personal details submitted during checkout, including full name, valid physical shipping address, active contact email, and payment information, must be accurate, authentic, and verifiable. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders with falsified, incorrect, or untraceable customer information without prior notice to prevent fraud and ensure transaction security.

All product descriptions, material attributes, size specifications, and display images are designed to accurately reflect physical merchandise. Minor visual deviations caused by personal device display settings, lighting differences, or resolution gaps are normal and do not constitute product quality defects. All listed product prices exclusively cover item costs. Shipping fees, international import tariffs, customs clearance fees, and local consumption taxes are independent charges, fully displayed and confirmed before payment submission with zero hidden fees or mandatory additional charges. All limited-time promotional offers are valid only within their official activity period. We reserve the right to correct system pricing errors and void abnormal orders generated by incorrect price displays.

Our platform only adopts secure SSL-encrypted third-party payment channels for all online transactions. Our official team will never initiate offline payment requests, private transfers, or off-site transactions with customers. All transaction records are securely stored for order verification, dispute resolution, and after-sales service support.

Users are prohibited from malicious website behaviors, including automated data crawling, malicious bulk order submission, unauthorized commercial use of site pictures and texts, and publication of false, misleading, or defamatory product reviews. Any violation will result in immediate order cancellation and restricted website access.

We are entitled to cancel unshipped orders and issue full original-channel refunds under legitimate scenarios: permanent product stockouts without restock arrangements, invalid and undeliverable shipping addresses, high-risk/fraudulent transaction identification by payment institutions, and user violation of this service agreement. All refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after official confirmation.

Our liability for any individual order is strictly limited to the total payment amount paid by the customer. We shall not be responsible for indirect losses such as time loss or incidental expenses caused by objective uncontrollable factors, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws specify otherwise.

All shopping disputes shall be resolved through friendly customer service communication first. If no consensus is reached, disputes will be settled in accordance with the consumer protection laws of the destination shipping country.
